Canadian metallers NEURAXIS have posted live pics with their new lineup on their MySpace page. The shots were taken on their 2 last shows in Sherbrooke and St-Hyacinthe. They can be viewed here.
In other news, NEURAXIS are still hard at work on their upcoming album. Commented singer Alex Leblanc:
“It’s coming along really well. We are now past the half-way point of the writing. Olivier Beaudoin, our new drummer, is tracking demos, which is speeding up the process a lot. I am going to lay down vocals for those this weekend. My first time recording since i stopped smoking so it should be interesting. Olivier Pinard has already layed three bass tracks and he’s just a pure prodigy. Rob is writing his best material ever. Dark, epic and vicious. We can’t wait to release this beast.”
NEURAXIS are looking to enter the recording studio for end of May. More info on album and recording details will be announced in the coming months. Meanwhile, they will play these select dates:
March 25 -- Thunder Bay, ON @ Killroy’s
March 26 - Winnipeg, MB @ The Zoo
March 28 - Sudbury, ON @ Townhouse Tavern w/ Beyond Within
April 23 -- Rimouski, QC @ Cactus show bar w/ Exhult
April 24 -- Quebec City, QC @ Bar L’Agitee w/ Exhult
